Watch any web page behind a login.
Teach it by clicking in a remote browser. Get a Telegram ping when something new appears. No API, no browser extension, no waiting for the vendor to add notifications.
Zero AI on the polling path. Every check is a deterministic replay of what you taught.
Three steps, no code
You click; AiLookout records what you clicked and replays it on a schedule.
-
Connect a target
Give the login URL and your credentials. In the remote browser, click the username box, the password box and the sign-in button. That is the whole login recipe.
The signed-in session is kept and reused, so most checks never log in again. -
Teach the list
Browse to the page you care about and click one row. Every matching row lights up. Click the cell that identifies an item, such as the ticket number, and mark it as the key.
Name a few more cells and they become the lines of each alert. -
Get pinged
Pick an interval and how to be told: Telegram, email or both. The first check records what is already there; every later check sends one message per item that was not there before.
Pause, re-teach or change the interval any time from the dashboard.
A helpdesk with no notifications
Your company helpdesk lists open tickets but never tells you when one arrives, and nobody is going to change it for you. AiLookout does what you would do by hand, on a schedule:
- Signs in as you with the login steps you taught, only when the site has signed you out.
- Opens the ticket list at the exact URL you were on when you taught it, filters included.
- Compares ticket numbers against what it saw last time.
- Sends one Telegram message per new ticket, with the fields you named and a screenshot.
Built for pages that were never meant to be watched
Internal portals, vendor dashboards, legacy intranets. If you can see it in a browser, AiLookout can watch it.
Works on any site
A real Chromium browser runs on the server, so forms, redirects and single-page apps behave exactly as they do for you.
Taught by clicking
You see the live page streamed into your dashboard and click what matters. No selectors, no scripts, no extension to install.
Deterministic polling
Each check replays the recorded steps and selectors. No model call per poll, so it is fast, predictable and costs nothing extra.
Key-based newness
You mark the cell that identifies each item. A new key means a new item; a re-sorted list or an edited row is not a false alarm.
Telegram first
Bring your own bot. One message per new item with the fields you named, a screenshot and a link back to the page.
Self-healing, with your AI if you want
When a page shifts, recorded fallbacks re-find the elements. Optionally connect your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint for repairs. Your key, your bill, off by default.
Questions
More detail in the user guide.
Does it work with two-factor authentication or SSO?
Not yet for codes that change on every login or for single sign-on redirects. Plain username and password forms work today. Sites that remember a trusted device usually keep working after one manual approval, because the signed-in session is kept between checks.
How often can it check?
You choose per watch, from every minute to once an hour. Because each check is a deterministic replay, short intervals do not add AI cost.
Why did the first check not alert me?
The first successful check records a baseline of what already exists. Alerts start with the next check, for keys that were not in the baseline.
What happens when the page layout changes?
Recorded fallbacks try to re-find the elements first. If three checks in a row fail, the watch is paused and you get a Telegram notice. Re-teach the list from the dashboard and enable it again.
Where are my site credentials stored?
Encrypted in the database with data-protection keys that never leave the server. They are decrypted only in memory, inside the browser that performs the login, and never appear in alerts or logs.
Does it send my pages to an AI service?
No. Polling never calls a model. If you add your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint in Settings, it is used only for teaching help and self-heal, and only with your key.
